Susan L. Drexler is an accomplished CFO with more than 25 years of experience in financial management across development and commercial-stage life science companies. She has extensive expertise in M&A and licensing transactions, financial planning and analysis, and business analytics. Susan has successfully prepared companies for IPOs, managed all aspects of public company financial operations, led multi-million-dollar fundraising efforts, implemented formal cash flow management systems to support strategic objectives, and built strong relationships with investors and financial partners. She earned her BS in Accounting from Albright College and her MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
